This product is mainly divided into polyferric sulfate, referred to as polyferric, which is generated by the oxidation and polymerization reaction of iron, sulfuric acid, oxidant and other raw materials. It is mainly used for industrial wastewater and urban sewage treatment. Its appearance is reddish brown liquid without precipitation.

This product is a kind of high quality, high efficiency inorganic polymer iron flocculant, compared with other inorganic flocculant has the following advantages:
①Excellent coagulation performance, alum dense, fast settlement speed: 5-30 minutes settlement is complete, with auxiliary settlement facilities, the settlement speed is faster.
②The water purification effect is excellent, the water quality of the effluent is good, does not contain aluminum, fluorine, nitrite and heavy metal ions and other harmful substances, and there is no water phase transfer of iron ions.
③With significant decolorization, deodorization, deoiling, sterilization, removal of heavy metal ions in wastewater, ammonia nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen, silica sol, radioactive substances and carcinogens and other effects, the removal rate of COD, BOD and chroma up to 90%.
④Safe and reliable, non-toxic and harmless, suitable for a wide range of water PH value 4-11, the best PH range in 6-9, after purification of raw water PH and total alkalinity change range is small, less corrosive to water treatment equipment, and can reduce the hardness of water.
⑤The purification effect of low temperature and low turbidity raw water containing algae is good, and the purification effect of high turbidity raw water is better.
⑥Stable performance, long storage period, no precipitation, no deterioration. Easy to use, add less, low cost, processing costs can save 20-60%.

Use method and precautions
According to the different properties of raw water, field debugging or beaker test is conducted to determine the best use conditions and dosage to achieve the best purification treatment effect.
1.Strengthening filtration is mainly to select the filter layer structure and filter aid reasonably, so as to increase the removal rate of filter mud, which is an important measure to improve water quality.
2.This product is used in the treatment of industrial wastewater, the use of the method is basically the same as the water plant, for high chroma, high COD, BOD raw water purification treatment, adding the appropriate additives used together, the effect is better.
3.For customers who use chemical coagulation method to treat sewage, the original sewage treatment equipment does not need to make big investment transformation, only need to add storage pool or high metering tank to use this product.
Packaging and storage
1. For customers with short distance, they can be transported by liquid tank truck and unloaded into anticorrosive tank or container for storage, with a storage period of 6 months.
2. For customers who have a long journey, they can use plastic buckets with 50KG per barrel (customized weight specification packaging according to user needs).
3. During the transportation and storage of the product, it shall avoid detonation, and the storage temperature shall not be lower than -5℃.
